• Place your order on our website - in the Notes section at checkout, please include:
  • A note that you emailed your picture 
  • The email address you used to send it
  • Name the photo (ex. Picture 1, 2 etc as to which box you would like your picture placed.  If not named, we will place were we see fit.
• Add any personalization details exactly as you’d like them printed (names, dates, punctuation, etc.), as we create your memorial stone based on what you enter.

Photo Tip: For the best quality, please send a clear, high-resolution JPEG image (not screenshots or blurry photos whenever possible).

 

Please review your personalized order carefully before submitting. At Broken Anchor Studio / Big Moo Creations, all custom and personalized items are created exactly as entered by the customer.

This includes:

• Spelling
• Punctuation (commas, periods, apostrophes, etc.)
• Capitalization (upper/lowercase letters)
• Dates (format and numbers exactly as typed)
• Names, initials, wording, and phrases
• Special instructions submitted with your order

Example:
If you type: Buddy "Budward" — your memorial will be created exactly that way on two lines as it looks in the sample picture.
If you type: 2001 - 2025   your memorial stone will also be created exactly that way.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as Broken Anchor Studio / Big Moo Creations is not responsible for customer-entered errors.

Because each item is custom-made just for you, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

• Processing Time:
  • All personalized engraved orders typically require 3-5 business days for processing. This allows us to ensure your item is crafted to your specifications.
• Shipping Methods:
  • We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Choose the option that best fits your needs.
• Shipping Costs:
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item, the shipping method selected, and your location. You can view the total shipping cost during checkout.
• Delivery Time:
  • Once your order is shipped, delivery times will vary based on your chosen shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
• Tracking Your Order:
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.
• Damaged or Lost Items:
  • If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including homemade dog treats and personalized products unless:

• Eligibility for Returns:
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items can only be returned if there is an error on our part (e.g., spelling mistakes or incorrect designs).
• Return Window:
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders
  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.
• Personalized Items
  • Personalized and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. Please review all spelling, colors, and customization details carefully before placing your order.

 

• Refund Process:
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping Costs:
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Exchanges:
  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or personalization, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
