Each item is carefully handmade and prepared with care. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Personalized items and large orders may require additional processing time. If there is a delay, we will contact you directly.  Shipping Methods & Delivery TimeOrders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on package size and destination. Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Priority Shipping (if selected at checkout): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location. 

 

Freshness & Packaging:  Our homemade dog treats are baked fresh and packaged to maintain quality during transit. Please store treats in a cool, dry place upon arrival.

 

Order Tracking:  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. 

 

Incorrect Addresses:  Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Broken Anchor Studio / Big Moo Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue. 

 

Local Pickup:

Local pickup may be available at select events or markets. Details will be provided at checkout when applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy:

At Broken Anchor / Big Moo Creations, every item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade and many items are food-related or personalized, all sales are final.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including homemade dog treats and personalized products. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:  

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right. 

 

Personalized Items:

Personalized and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. Please review all spelling, colors, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
