This includes:

• Spelling
• Punctuation (commas, periods, apostrophes, etc.)
• Capitalization (upper/lowercase letters)
• Dates (format and numbers exactly as typed)
• Names, initials, wording, and phrases
• Special instructions submitted with your order

Example:
If you type: Smith Est. 05.22.2026 — your item will be created exactly that way.
If you type: smith est 5-22-26 — your item will also be created exactly that way.

⚠️ We do not correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, formatting, or date styles unless specifically requested before production begins.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as Broken Anchor Studio / Big Moo Creations is not responsible for customer-entered errors.

Because each item is custom-made just for you, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

We want you to love your purchase! At Broken Anchor Studio / Big Moo Creations, every item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade and many items are personalized, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including homemade dog treats and personalized products unless:

• Eligibility for Returns:
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items can only be returned if there is an error on our part (e.g., spelling mistakes or incorrect designs).
• Return Window:
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders
  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.
• Personalized Items
  • Personalized and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. Please review all spelling, colors, and customization details carefully before placing your order.

 

• Refund Process:
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping Costs:
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Exchanges:
  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or personalization, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
