We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including homemade dog treats and personalized products unless:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Personalized or custom-engraved items can only be returned if there is an error on our part (e.g., spelling mistakes or incorrect designs).
- Return Window:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.βββββββ
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or personalization, please contact us, and weβll guide you through the process.
