We want you to love your purchase! At Broken Anchor Studio / Big Moo Creations, every item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade and many items are personalized, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including homemade dog treats and personalized products unless:

• Eligibility for Returns:
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items can only be returned if there is an error on our part (e.g., spelling mistakes or incorrect designs).
• Return Window:
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders
  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.
• Personalized Items
  • Personalized and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. Please review all spelling, colors, and customization details carefully before placing your order.

• Refund Process:
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping Costs:
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Exchanges:
  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or personalization, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

• When choosing handle on the right or left, think about who you want the image facing when you hold your mug.

• Handle on the Right = When you hold the mug in your right hand, the image will face you.
• Handle on the Left = When you hold the mug in your right hand, the image will face outward so others can see it.

• Example:
  ☕ Right-handed and want to enjoy seeing your design while you sip? → Choose Handle on the Right
  ☕ Right-handed and want to show off your design to everyone in front of you? → Choose Handle on the Left

  Left-handed? Just reverse it!
